1. Which celebrity do you think you look like?
I cannot live without Nivea sunscreen with 50 SPF. I have sun sensitivity, and this sunscreen protects my skin from harmful UV rays while providing essential moisture. Daily sunscreen is crucial for everyone, as it helps prevent skin cancer by protecting against UV damage. It's a vital part of my routine, allowing me to confidently enjoy outdoor activities while maintaining healthy, radiant skin and reducing the risk of long-term harm.
2. What is the strangest thing in your fridge?
I would spend more time pursuing my passions for dance and photography earlier in life. I used to let other people's thoughts and opinions hold me back, fearing judgment or criticism. However, I've realised that allowing external influences to dictate my path only stifles my potential. Embracing my dreams despite the opinions of others has been liberating, enabling me to grow and thrive in ways I never imagined.
3.What’s something you only do when you’re bored?
I would love to meet the Queen of Jhansi, a courageous warrior and queen who defied societal norms. In an era when women were expected to be solely homemakers, she stood out as a symbol of strength. Her journey from consort to the formidable reigning queen on the battlefield against colonial rule is inspiring. Meeting her would offer insights into her challenges and triumphs, igniting a deeper appreciation for her legacy of women empowerment.
4.What is a purchase you made that you immediately regretted?
Spending time with family in Cape Verde was a rare opportunity to disconnect from the daily hustle, bond with loved ones, and be present in the moment. Amidst serene beaches and vibrant culture, we found precious quality time and relaxation in a fast-paced world. From lazy days by the ocean to lively evenings exploring, every moment was treasured. Cape Verde offered a perfect blend of family bonding and rejuvenation in paradise.
5.What kind of Barbie would you be?
My typical breakfast consists of three egg whites and one slice of brown bread. This combination balances protein and fibre, which is crucial for managing PCOS. By opting for egg whites, I reduce my intake of saturated fats while getting quality protein. Wholegrain bread provides complex carbohydrates for sustained energy. This breakfast choice supports stable blood sugar levels, an essential aspect of managing PCOS, while providing a nutritious start to my day.
